TJ was commissioned by Soul Police, Oslo, to produce this cross-platform campaign for Derdubor, the Norwegian local search website. Dramatising situations where you would look to use the search features, we focus on a plumbing accident, locals sharing news and a lost groom on the way to the church. The campaign was launched to Norwegian audiences in 2008; TJ’s produced the campaign from concept to completion. Pushing the highest creative value from a particularly modest budget, TJ’s creative influence and adventurous production treatment played a large part winning the campaign. We utilised real location photography with CG animation allowing us to fly-through the different scenes and create a compelling journey through our three scenes. Our photography team went to Norway to capture the chosen locations, while back in the studio, scenes were being recreated. Once home all the photography was retouched and then mapped onto 3Dmodels of the environments. This complete CGI digital workflow allowed the client to re-use the assets across TV, interactive and print media.
