Reporting to:
The Head of Production, you will manage client relations and expectations, encourage collaboration and be insightful of their needs, solution-oriented and ensure the highest creative quality.

This role is for an experienced Post Producer or Animation Producer, a team player with a proven track record. The projects will include VFX, CGI, Retouch, Animation, Design and MGFX projects, along with print and digital projects and your main base will be in our digital studio.

Main aspects of the Role:

  • You will be planning, tracking and monitoring multiple projects. You’ll assess the clients’ needs, participate in the creative pitch process and creative treatments, define the scope of work, budget, schedule, resource and run projects; provide project updates and progress reports.

  • Organise and lead project meetings with Supervisors and Creative Directors, assisting in resourcing projects and covering off any technical requirements. Help research and book freelancers, arrange outsourcing and other vendors, negotiating any scheduling conflicts within your department.

  • Report on all creative, budgetary, scheduling, resourcing, admin and contractual aspects of projects and bookings within the studio.

  • Identifying and developing business opportunities and revenue streams within the production process, and maintaining client relationships with the wider team in order to facilitate repeat business.

  • Solution-oriented and insightful about our clients’ needs, with an eye for detail, creative excellence and an aim to exceed expectations.

  • You will have excellent project management and communication skills and you will be required to effectively and efficiently plan, lead, produce and deliver projects.

  • You will be at ease with the planning, budgeting and creative and financial management of varied creative projects, integrated production principals and delivering content across current and emerging media channels and endpoints.

  • Working with Production Coordinators and the broader team to ensure the successful delivery of projects and shots.

Technical Requirements: In addition to being a highly motivated, organised multitasker with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the following technical skills are a must:

  •  3+ years professional experience and knowledge as a producer in post-production, retouch or animation

  • Keen interest and understanding of photography, live action, design, animation, motion, VFX and print workflow and related practices.

  • Understanding of live-action shoots, planning and production techniques

  • Experience working directly with clients/directors and of leading teams

  • Capable of motivating and leading a team with enthusiasm and clarity

  • Good knowledge of project management systems and procedures specific to retouch and animation

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint & Excel

  • Practical understanding of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat
