PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail oriented and motivated Production Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will maintain production schedules as well as handle a variety of other tasks from bidding through delivery that ensure productions run smoothly.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist Producers in producing projects from pre-production to post-production and delivery
Overseeing department workflow to ensure that jobs are delivered within budget, on time and to agreed artistic and technical standards
Organize and maintain the Production calendar in Outlook with upcoming meetings.
Handover to marketing & keeping the marketing projects list up to date, including the request for final artwork for TJ’s image library and campaign launch dates
Support Executive Producer and Producers in all infrastructure and internal communications for the Production department including Sales meetings, as well as updating Salesforce to reflect the notes taken during the meetings. weekly, monthly and project update meetings
Regularly reviewing the ‘Producer Manual’ updating all processes and procedures, with step by step guide, screen grabs and appendix of examples.
Research, book and hold freelance talent for all departments. Continue to find new talent and maintain records of availability. Understanding each artists role and talent is key.
Contact IT each time a new freelancer starts and needs a log in and/or an email. As well as if licensing issues arise.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
In addition to being a highly-organised multitasker with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the following skills are a must:
Capable of contributing to a team with enthusiasm and clarity
Understanding of urgency
Calm under pressure, quick-thinking, hands-on and function with a high degree of accuracy
Willingness to facilitate support during live-action shoots.
Willingness to learn planning and production techniques.
Capable of working directly with vendors, clients/directors, and of collaborating on a team.
Good knowledge of project management systems and procedures
Proficient use of Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Acrobat
Willingness and ability to travel for work-related events within Manhattan.
