21 Days of Beauty | Ulta Beauty All in One | Ulta Summer BSBS
We partnered with McCann to create four spots for Ulta Beauty, covering multiple seasonal sales as well as a brand manifesto. Each animation was delivered on a four-week schedule from start to finish. Almost all of the products featured across the films were built as 3D models, created from scratch using photogrammetry to ensure accuracy and visual impact.

Pre-Production Style Frames
While the colour palette remained consistent with Ulta Beauty’s brand guidelines, each spot was designed with a distinctive look that reflected the season. The Manifesto leaned into patterns and arrays inspired by kaleidoscope designs, giving it a bold and expressive aesthetic.

Production Look & Dev
Lighting, environments and supporting elements were developed to ensure each spot stood out on its own while remaining cohesive to the brand identity. We explored multiple concepts for each campaign before refining and locking in the winning look.
Production CGI Development
With just four weeks per film, the workflow had to be both fast and efficient while remaining meticulous at every stage. In addition to the 16:9 hero versions (:15–:30), we delivered 9:16 and 1:1 formats tailored for three different markets, complete with cutdowns. Since each market featured unique product sets, each campaign generated a total of 18 deliverables.
Final
Each spot came with its own creative challenges and vision, which we embraced wholeheartedly. The vibrant, energetic colour palette informed both the visual language and the overall tone of the animations, resulting in a campaign that felt fresh, dynamic and unmistakably Ulta Beauty.
